This lovely betty got her's at a vintage shop in Seattle. I wish I would have purchased one of the many lace-up white boots in my size that I saw at the thrift-store-cabin up at The Symes Hotel in Hot Springs, MT years back...White boots and jean jackets congregate together on the racks and shelves of thrift shops and flea markets...one will come your way! Just be patience!
There was also a time we tried to get a dirty white Jeffrey Campbell short boot (for reference sake:
