El dia de los muertos

Oh, the amazingness of this dark time of year. Not only did we just get to experience an entire Halloween weekend, but then today is the Day of the Dead, a South American holiday honoring those who have passed away. Below is a brief photo synopsis of the festivities for some of us Betties.
Nanda pulled out her sad clown costume again this Halloween. Aimee was also a clown, and hopefully we'll get photo documentation up here because she made a dang fine/super creepy clown herself.

Karen rocked out as Axel Rose! Yeah Karen!

Then, today, we discovered these two cloaked ladies digging through the sale trunk.

I got to pull out my awesome skeleton earrings for their annual appearance,
...along with my authentic Mexican shirt,
...and all the layers of my Frida Kahlo worshipping style from 10 years back.
Have fun tonight, and don't miss the Missoula Mandala in Caras Park!
