Meet Kelly. She's the newest Betty in the family. She's got killa style and an uncanny eye for picking out the most beautiful gems in the sea. She spends her time drinking mochas and trying on the most expensive things in the store. Like I said, this girl's got style. Here you see her in one of the new Michael Stars dresses. Definitely on the more spendy side of things, but they are effortlessly amazing. Kelly likes this one because of the options in how you can tie the strings, and it's that delicious color called snorkel.
